I was wondering if anybody has an idea of what was used for this simple Gibson Nick Lucas Rosette? Materials and sizes would be great if known. One of my next guitars will be a nick lucas inspired guitar, and i plan on doing my first hand rubbed sunburst: Attachment: Nick Lucas.jpg Thanks! Glenn |

On my L-00, I used black and white plastic binding (.060"). In the photo above, it looks .060" for the white and .040" for the black. ( just guessing though) |

I agree with mike. It looks like a WBW ring and a W ring of just plastic purling. These are pretty easy to get a clean butt joint with for the 360 style |
